If you need support or wish to return an item, please fill out this form, and we will contact you.
Returns and Refunds for Consumers
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund within fourteen (14) days for any items you order from Lonneberg's online store, starting from the day you receive your order.
If you wish to return an item within the cancellation period, you can contact us via our website under Support/Returns and inform us that you want to return one or more items from your order. Please provide your name, the items you wish to return, and your order number and order date. The order number is in the email confirmation and on the delivery note you received from us.
You must return the items to us without delay. The items must be in new condition. Pack the items carefully, similarly to how they were packed during delivery. We cannot reimburse products that are damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
As soon as we receive the items and validate the return, we will process your refund. If the items are in new condition, we will fully reimburse you for the returned items. Shipping costs, return shipping costs, and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds typically take up to fourteen (14) days from when we receive the items.

As a reseller, the consumer law does not apply.
If there has been an error in the delivery or something is incorrect with your order, we ask that you contact us to resolve the issue. Any items approved for return must be in new condition. Pack the items carefully, similarly to how they were packed during delivery. We cannot reimburse products that are damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

Shipping Damage/Incorrect Delivery
If the package/items are damaged during shipping, you must report this at the time of collection to the shipping agent. If you receive the wrong items or encounter another issue, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Provide your name, order number, and the items in question. The order number is in the email confirmation and on the delivery note you received from us.
